A reason to believe

Facing significant competition, including a new and preeminent facility opening less than two miles away, Magee Rehabilitation (a full service rehab hospital specializing in spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke and amputation) came to Lorél for a little marketing therapy.

In the process of our internal immersion with Magee, we discovered a truly exceptional institution. Something quite special. A hospital operationally and emotionally superior to its competitors. Magee's culture, approach, its people and their devotion to patient experience and successful outcomes are palpable on every floor and across every department.

Focusing on core strengths that closely tied mission to positioning, Lorél developed an overarching communications platform. The platform differentiated Magee in their marketplace by touching very human elements of the target group's emotions ñ the need to "believe" there is a way back to their life as it was before injury. Magee believes this campaign and the engagement tools used accomplished just that.

These are qualities that cannot be captured in a headline. These are people doing the amazing every day. Their stories drove a unique approach to messaging. We created imagery, design and long format expressions. We place them only in venues, media and at contact points where people have the time to read, engage and connect. We communicate that something extraordinary occurs at Magee. We ask them to believe. And they do.
