As the world leader in diagnostic testing, information and services, Quest Diagnostics communicates to two very different audiences: the physicians who use these services and their patients. Lorél was asked to use their unique vision to differentiate Quest Diagnostics from their competitors. And to do that through educational and promotional tools that would target both physicians and patients. The Insure QuikFit product launch included a brochure to educate patients on the benefits of this easy-to-use colorectal cancer screening test, and a compliance kit and sales detail aid for physicians. The TestMinder™ patient communication emphasized the importance of this outstanding, free email service that reminds chronic-disease patients and others when they are due for recurring lab tests.

Heavily committed to women's health, Quest asked Lorél to create direct-to-professional educational and promotional tools. Screening guidelines dealt with cervical, sexual, cardiovascular and colorectal health. The MSS Portfolio aid educated physicians on Quest's Maternal Serum Screening tests and the Penta Screen addition informed doctors of this "next generation" screening tool.
